Food
The most important thing about shooting food photos is to get the essence and the right colors. When you can capture the smell and taste of the dish with a picture, the observer receives all those impulses and vibes, opening the senses.
People
Taking pictures of people is when you learn to be aware of everything that is going on in front and around you, the seconds that are passing… the time diluted by the scene through the lens. Each emotion is crucial, more than just knowing about poses or gestures. It is letting the human connections appear in an intimate fusion with the present.
